New loc clients, if your hair has not been maintained in 3+ months and/or needs any repairs send photos of your hair before booking.

Natural hair must be 3+ inches long all the way around for any braid services.

 You may reschedule once, no less than 24 hours in advance otherwise, you forfeit your deposit.

Once you are 15 minutes late without communication, you forfeit your appointment.

 Your remaining balance is accepted via Exact Cash, Zelle, or Cashapp.

Clean, product free hair is needed for all services.

No extra guests unless accompanying a minor being serviced.
